However, the global pandemic of coronavirus could soon wreak havoc in the world of football with there being a serious consideration for playing matches behind closed doors for the rest of the season, meaning fans may not get to see Leeds finally get promoted.
The Athletic’s Phil Hay tweeted out his thoughts on the matter, claiming that the EFL’s position hasn’t changed and that games should still go ahead as normal this weekend.
